Overview of services
We are a streamlined team of professionals and focus on operating a 'one size fits all' approach to what we offer. Our service is simple.
Initial Consultation
No obligation inquiry/discovery call. Let's talk about your finance team/firm, how you operate, and what bottlenecks you are currently facing.
Planning Report
After our discovery call, if you wish to proceed, we'll draft and plan the implementation from start to finish. This will consist of a proposed timeframe from build to implementation. This report will outline the ongoing cost of maintaining the automated processes beyond implementation, as well as a fixed 'Build & Implementation'.
Build & Implement
After given the green light, we then build the automated process in the agreed timeframe. This will involve your automation idea into reality bit-by-bit, making tweaks, performing a demo-run with you. The demo-run is a space for review and refinement. We'll review and refine accordingly, and later arrange a call/visit to handover the system and implement into your team/business. We have a minimum fee as per below. This may vary per project.
Monitoring Retainer
The retainer means you have contact to us to help with follow up queries post implementation, and additional small tweaks to help implement mini add-on projects linked to the build process. New projects in their entirity will result in a new Build & Implement fee.
